Description
1959 Jaguar XK-150 DHC 3.4 special equipment, finished in maroon with ‘matching’ hood, sand interior and all correct numbers.
The car was imported into the Netherlands from the U.S. of A. (L.A.) in 1986, just before being purchased by its present owner. It has since undergone a – well documented - complete restoration by a reputable firm in the Netherlands, after which it competed successfully in multiple ‘concours d’elegance’ events for a number of years until it became time for a bit more driving and a little less polishing, but always maintaining its state of ‘as per original specs’. The car carries a current Dutch (historic) registration and is presently located in Spain.
Advancing age of the owner is the reason for this reluctant sale; ending a great hobby; the car comes therefore with a collection of extras.
