Restoration was done some 4 years ago.
In 1961, Fiat presented the 1300.
The car positioned itself between the smaller Fiat 1100 and the luxurious six-cylinder Fiat 1800/2100. Two versions were produced: the Fiat 1300 and the Fiat 1500. Both were identical except for displacement, as indicated by their model names. They were offered as sedans (Berlina) and station wagons (Familiare). From 1963, the 1500 was also available as a convertible and coupé.
In total, more than 600,000 examples of the 1300/1500 series were built. Of these, few have survived the test of time.
The Fiat 1300 was powered by a 1,295cc four-cylinder inline engine with a power output of 45 kW (61 hp), good for a top speed of 140 km/h. Power was transmitted to the rear axle via a four-speed manual gearbox.
