This magnificent Ford Consul 2.3 GT was sold new in France and the car has driven only 57.000 kilometres from new!

This fine Ford is in an excellent and wonderful original condition! The bodywork shows perfect paint, a perfect black vinyl roof, superb chrome brightwork and a pristine original interior! The exterior panels were perfectly repainted in the past, the paint inside the doors, bonnet, and tailgate openings are all original and the new paint matches perfectly! All the original factory decals are still present. This Ford Consul GT is a unique time capsule, it will be hard if impossible to find a second example in this never restored original condition! The ford Consul was available as a four-door saloon, estate car, and as 2-door fastback coupé which is the rarest model.

The Ford Consul was also badged Ford “Granada” depending on the engine and sales market. After 1975 all these Ford models were named Granada. The Ford Consul 2.3 GT is powered by a 107 DIN bhp Ford “Cologne” 2.3 litre V6 engine, mated to a 4-speed manually operated gearbox which transmits the engine power to the rear wheels. The all-independent suspension offers excellent handling and a comfortable ride. The current owner has fitted a modern Momo sports steering wheel and a modern radio, the original steering wheel and a period radio are with the car.
