Prints for people in need – Fine Art Prints to help Ukrainian refugees

The current situation and the shocking news and images from Kiev, Kharkiv, Mariupol and many other places are terrible. They are a reminder of a time that people thought they had already left behind. But they also generate a unity of governments and organisations worldwide and a wave of solidarity and willingness to help. With Prints for People in Need, photographers David Breun and Maximilian Motel have launched a project that directly helps the people affected in Ukraine.
Two weeks after the start of the attack on Ukraine, the terrible news from the war zone continue. But neither is the worldwide solidarity with the victims. From first responders on the Ukrainian-Polish border to people in Germany who offer shelter to a Ukrainian mother and her child.
Prints for people in need – With art against the war
With David Breun and Maximilian Motel, two respected photographers have joined forces to also make a contribution. For the two Berliners, the help could only take place on the basis of an artistic project. So they have created a platform at www.printsforpeopleinneed.de where artists from the fields of photography, painting and graphics can offer their work for sale.
David Breun is one of Europe’s leading automotive photographers. From Audi to Jaguar to Volkswagen: he has put numerous vehicles from many renowned manufacturers in the right light for advertising campaigns.
Maximilian Motel is also a renowned photographer for global advertising campaigns. Lufthansa, Mercedes-Benz, Sony, among others, rely on Motel’s visual language.
For Prints for people in need, Breun and Motel have been able to win over a good dozen other photographers and artists to make their works available for the good cause. Prints of the works on offer can be purchased as Fins Art Prints on baryta paper with pigmented inks in A4 at 50 € and in A3 at 100 €.
All proceeds will be donated to three aid organisations: Doctors without Borders, Caritas and Care. The number of prints sold and the amount donated are communicated in a completely transparent manner.
Purchase a fine art print and support Ukrainian refugees right here.
You can find more about the work of the organisers on the website of David Breun and Maximilian Motel.
