1992 | Jaguar XJRS 6.0

The Jaguar XJR-S is a very rare and sought-after sporting grand tourer, fitted with an extensively uprated, fuel injected, 6.0-litre V12 unit. The model boasted a claimed power output of 334 bhp, and a potential 160 mph top speed. The car has a subtle bodykit to distinguish it from lesser XJS models, and rides on 16-inch JaguarSport alloy wheels, allied to an appropriately uprated suspension setup.

This particular vehicle was supplied new in Jersey in 1992 and remained in single family ownership until 2017. During that time it was re-registered in France as the owners relocated there in 2010. In 2017 the car was sold to a Jersey resident and returned to the island.

At that time, the car was both mechanically refreshed by a Jersey-based Jaguar specialist and fully repainted in the original Moroccan Red colour. The exterior bodywork remains in excellent condition and the underside of the car is also in very good condition. The ivory leather upholstery and interior are in excellent condition. 

Of note - the car is supplied with a Zytek engine management diagnostic kit (supplied to dealers and generally not available to the public).

Produced only in limited numbers this is a true collector’s vehicle and a rare opportunity to purchase a desirable sporting Jaguar in excellent condition and with only a relatively low mileage.

Currently, it is still French-registered but will be re-registered in Jersey prior to sale. We can assist with any import or export processes if required.
