Description

Ferrari 512 Berlinetta Boxer First delivery took place at Ferrari Becker in Düsseldorf Matching numbers for the engine were confirmed by Ferrari The original owner, born in 1940, drove the car for two years until May 1981 The second owner, born in 1941, had the Ferrari for seven years until 1988 The third owner from the immediate vicinity, born in 1938 (same license plate), drove the 512 for exactly five years until 1993 In the spring of 1993, a then 56-year-old, well-known stock market specialist, bought this special car. He, and later his two sons from 1997, owned the Ferrrai until the end of 2011. In the winter of 2011, my long-time customer and Ferrari collector bought the BB. After enjoying it for over 10 years, he decided to pass the car on to other hands It should be mentioned that the 512 BB offered here was originally delivered in the color combination “Rosso Corsa / Nero”. Ferrari specialist “Modena Sport” completely dismantled the 512 in 1994 and repainted it without considering the costs. This is also due to the existing König Special conversion, which was commissioned by the second owner around 1985. I have a comprehensive report from 1989. Original photos of the BB in König Special Styling can be seen there I also have a folder with countless service invoices and receipts. Also the original vehicle registration document from 1979.
