In 1985 a completely new Alpine makes its debut at the AutoRai in Amsterdam. The brand immediately launched two variants of the Grand Turismo (GT). These are the V6 GT and the V6 Turbo. The former has a 2.8 liter power unit with two carburettors, while the Turbo version is equipped with an injection system. This engine comes directly from the Renault 25 V6 Turbo and delivers 200 hp in the Alpine. This model achieves a top speed of 250 km / h with a weight of 1,180 kg. The turbo is built 4,545 times, the GT only 1,509.
------ This Renault Alpine GT V6 A 310 d500 is one of the 1,509 built copies and therefore quite rare! Only a handful of these racing monsters are driving around in the Netherlands. And a racing monster it is, the seat height of the Alpine can compete with the largest sports brands in Europe. This gives you a bizarre driving experience, on the highway you literally look under the trucks. Obviously, this has a major impact on the speed you experience when you are driving. When the car was launched in 1985, it was the first and only car with the lowest aerodynamic resistance. The fantastic V6 gives a great sound and because the engine block is located in the back, you naturally feel completely different forces in the car.
This Alpine V6 A310 GT is in top condition, only been outside in recent years for nice tour rides in the area and for the inspection. Currently in the hands of the third owner. The car was delivered as new in the Netherlands in 1985. The whole is complete and completely original. Some points require attention (brake cables are new but are quite tight, the driver's seat has a little bit of wear damage, both headlights have 'the Alpine problem': a crack in the glass, this does not affect the operation or MOT)
The condition of the car can be technically, visually as well as cosmetically described as "excellent". The car has been serviced from day 1 at Renault Kruythof in Strijen and the complete maintenance history is therefore known and included.
