Just 150.000 documented kilometers, largely original paint and a beautiful Italian history.

This BMW M635 CSi was sold new through BMW Dealer Carma in Parma, northern Italy so Mr. Guido Barilla. Yes, the owner of the world's biggest pasta concern, an Italian billionaire. This is a BMW M635 CSi from the 3rd series E24 6-series and Guido bought his in Diamantschwarz over Siam Grey Buffalo leather, BMW TRX wheels, OBC and Airconditioning. Produced on the 16th of May '88 and delivered to BMW of Italy on the 19th. First registered and sold to Mr. Barilla on the 2nd of March 1990 for the princely sum of 70 million lires.

The car was serviced by the selling dealer up to 1997 and 129.112 kilometers - all the stamps are present in the original service book. Also the factory owner's manual and dealer adressbook is present. Furthermore the Italian registration and a BMW Classic Certificate.

What we have today is a very original, non-restored and pure BMW M635 CSi. The car is largely wearing it's factory paint and the body is all original and non-repaired. Original fenders, doors, lids, perfect panelgaps and a clean original undercarriage. We have given the car a 4-day full detail including paint correction. The paint is amazing, the brightwork like new, beautiful trim and clear lights. The trim around the front, rear and side windows are in excellent condition. A genuinely beautiful car.

The enginebay presents very clean and original showing original factory wax, chalkmarks and decals. The trunk is complete, clean and with the original spare wheel and set of tools. The interior shows the beautiful, durable and supple Buffalo leather, clean grey carpets, original headliner and a perfect crack-free dashboard. The A/C has been serviced, converted to R134a and blows cold. The original BMW TRX wheels have been fitted with new (2023 date code) Michelin TRX tyres.

Driving the car is a real thrill. The 24-valve engine really comes alive from 4000 RPM onwards and the inlet and exhaust sound is beautiful - really sounds 80's BMW Motorsport. It shifts through the gears easy and the suspension is tight and firm.

In 2024 the car was sold to the current owner and in preparation of the sale in Late 2024 the car was serviced by BMW Bergwerff. A lot was done to get this car up to standard. A complete service with 10W60 motor oil and filters, brakefluid flush, sparkplugs, set of sparkplug wires, cap and rotor. Furthermore a new battery, adjusting the steering rack, new brake pads in the front and rear, rear brake rotors, front rotors lathed, alignment, 4 brand new Michelin TRX wheels. Also the A/C system was converted from R12 to the modern R134a and now blows cold. The car has only been driven 700 kilometers since.

A modern Retro Blaupunkt Frankfurt RCM 82 DAB radio was installed for classic looks and new features such as DAB and Bluetooth.

Excellent M635 CSi now available. A beautifully kept, unrestored car with a great history and 150.000 documented kilometers wearing largely original paint.
